Her face seems to be out of proportion with the rest of her body. her head is the right size but her features seem too close together...

Thats how dwarf skulls are - you really can't tell with males much due to the big beards but Dwarves have skulls more in line with neanderthalts - flat toped and wide.

That's a Hot dwarf!
Kudos are in order for not going with the low hanging fruit like 90% all other artist go with when portraying fantasy females,
she looks attractive in the non conventional sense.

Needs to be more digital paintings like this on the interwebs, So well done for that! ^_^
